- Regional runs — 75% of trips are under 550 miles
- More weekends at home; full-time & part-time options

Track 02Mechanics
- Truck & trailer techs, welders & fabricators
- Build and maintain our proprietary boat trailers — axles, brakes, hubs, bunks
- Keep our fleet of high-end Ram trucks road-ready and inspected

Track 03Sales
- Inside & outside sales — quote, win and grow boat-transport accounts
- Work with top builders, dealers, brokers & marinas up and down the East Coast
- Own the customer from first call to white-glove delivery, including boat-show moves
